The BEST part of let’s take a break is how they are so sponsored the house down boots, so you go from one of the most controversial things you’ve ever heard to a Squarespace ad. Mamas I am living 😂😂😂

Im confused about the hairdressers pronouns. I assume she's AFAB. And a majority of AFAB people use she/her pronouns. But if she essentially uses the pronouns she was assigned a birth, why is she also saying she goes by they/them? They/them is gender neutral.... and it can be used to also to refer to male and female people in its singular form. So essentially they/them can be used to refer to any person regardless of gender, but obvs some people exclusively want to be called they/them to remove any obvious gender aspect. So my point is her saying she also uses they/them despite using she/her as an AFAB person is actually unnecessary and idk sounds kind of queer-baity, if that makes sense? Like shes literally a cis woman who uses her assigned pronouns lmao
@Luke-rm1kw2 ай бұрын
Sometimes people use she/they or he/they because they're exploring their gender identity and considering going by they/them only. But yes, some people just use it for no real reason. I've seen both types.
@jessiehoolahoopsmcgee2 ай бұрын
If a person is genderqueer and likes they/them, but is obviously afab, it's a huge drag to keep correcting people (from experience), but will choose who they think will respect it. What does it matter to you what any one individual prefers, and who is to say if anyone else is cis if they don't? No one is in charge. It's literally ok to be gender fluid or nonbinary, femme or masc, and use any pronouns you want.
