WOW! People have actually made the comment "Less talking, more work"! It amazes me just how rude people can be when they are not face to face with you. They are cowards and their comments are worthless! Billy, your videos are VERY entertaining AND informative! the people that make comments like that don't have their own channels and aren't doing anything worth youtubing about in their own miserable lives, there's nothing stopping them making their own channels and talking less, working more, except their own ineptitude !

Who the hell do people that watch your vedios feel that have the ability to tell ypu "less talk more work " or even comment on your renovation choices? Appalling. It is my choice and pleasure that I have the ability to follow you and your family on your journey. I'm personally extremely appreciative that you allow all of us this insight into your life's. I really like hearing all the destruction/destruction sounds and everyone chatting with each other as they're working. Billy, in the US we have regulations that public areas, office buildings etc must have 36 inch wide doorways, aisles so disabled people in wheelchairs, etc. can get around. It's the American Disabilities Act. Is there anything similar in France?

I had a strange, possibly spiritual encounter about 15 years ago - I was at work, alone standing in a large room looking down at a tool in my hand, reading some writing on it when I saw a black boot of someone standing beside me to my right. When I turned to see who it was, there was nobody there and the boot disappeared. Spooked, I went out to where my co-workers were and none of them had seen anyone come into or leave the room. Ghost? I don't know, but I do know what I saw.

For those who say, There is no such thing as ghosts, actually there are, and that throw away statement just denies that many of us have experienced interactions with these disembodied, lost souls. Love that you are re-purposing all these irreplaceable, beautiful pieces, along with retaining the ambience of the convent, the years of the nuns devotional practices, all be it in a much more embellished state. Absolutely gorgeous.

As to the short height of the upstairs doors, people really were smaller two centuries ago. I remember visiting an historical museum years ago and being amazed at the small adult clothes, even the American Civil War uniforms, which even now wouldn't be 200 years old. I visited an old lighthouse last year, about 150 years old. I managed to get up, then down, the tiny staired iron spiral staircase and vowed never to do it again!
