But who knows, since the recode isn't changing much when it comes to it's core mechanics for gameplay. It's still gonna be the same experience to me.

I think for many older players it's just been the same for too long to be entertaining (which will hopefully change soon), but it can still be fun sometimes, especially when playing with friends and not just sitting in a bush

@@DemonRose69 Nah there is no suicide button or command. Unless you have active admins you could ask for a /slay. But they would´ve killed him before that would´ve worked, if there are even admins on that trashheap of a server. I guess he could´ve just run straight downhill, but that would`ve, more than likely, just broken his bones and not killed him.

In case you still don't know yet: There is an option named "Static HUD", which makes your indicators for hunger, thirst and stamina appear on screen permanentely.

The Isle itself is a nice game, it has gorgeous graphics and the dinosaur models are beautiful aswell. Yet I understand why you'd be taking a break from it. Their community is very toxic, with admins that abuse their powers and make stupid rules. If only the game itself didn't have this and a realistic nature, then I'd play it more often too.

I hope that those guys see this and realize that they ruined a wonderful game for an even more wonderful person. In that case, SHAME ON YOU! Gaming Beaver, please do not let yourself be discouraged by people like that. People like that is makes The Isle a horrible place to play. Dondi and his team have done the impossible for everyone to enjoy and people just HAVE to ruin it. I want to say thank you for at least trying to be my favorite dinosaur once, Gaming Beaver. You are good Trike player really. They just had to kill you to make themselves feel better. I love you! Please don't give up on The Isle! If you ever play and I'm on, you are more than welcome to my group. I will protect you and show you the ropes.

You have the perfect camouflage! Living animals and dinosaurs like Boreolopelta markmicheli use what’s called COUNTER SHADING, which is a light underbelly and a darker top. It basically erases the animals shadow and makes them harder to spot. You did it right!

i mean if you do feel like playing again, i'd advise playing on nublar, usually herds will take in trikes or any mid tier, and it's actually kinda enjoyable to be a herbivore on there, or carnivore.

Though I love The Isle, right now it is in a terrible spot. The Isle has always been a game where you kinda just sit around and do nothing and I do hope that changes later down the line in its development. To be fair however, animal survival games are flawed in the fact that you can only do what an animal can do which is exactly what The Isle does. These animals do nothing but eat, drink, mate and poop so that is what you will get in gameplay. And let's not forget about mechanics that could stop large groups or groups of different species, that's a hard thing to come up with as you don't want to limit the players to where they can't be with their friends but you also don't want to give them enough freedom to dominate the server. It's a fine line that I hope will be built upon so what happened to Beaver doesn't happen to anyone else.
