I highly recommend sugar garlic, it tastes crunchy sweet and a bit sour. My mom always told me to eat garlic when I was a kid because it’s good for health. Ziqi cooks traditional Chinese cuisines like those in other Chinese family. What I am trying to prove is that, for majority Chinese, we don’t eat wild animals or dogs cats......Many of my foreign friends asked me if I have eaten bat soup or pangolin. No I never heard of bat soup until the COVID19 appeared and I have only seen pangolins in pictures as they’re endangered💔 I expect more strict regulations on punishing people selling wild animals. Protect our precious nature🙏

She showed a good example of a self sustainable life. My mum told me that during her childhood in 40s, almost everything they ate and drank were self sustainable. They did not buy anything, they reared their own chickens, pigs etc. And grew their own maize, rice and other vegetables. It was a healthier lifestyle, as they also did composting, everything were organic and clean..

Ughh, I wish she could teach us everything that there is to know about gardening. Like tutorials for each season, how to preserve crops, etc. She just seems like an absolutely lovely person as well.

So I read an article about her, her parents divorced when she was very young, then she went to live with her grandparents in the rural area. When she grow up, she tried various job at the city.. once upon a time, she got a call that her grandma was sick so she left everything and cameback to hometown to take care of her nana. She was inspired by her brother who uploads singing videos on Meipai (Chinese social media) and thinking that she could do one of that too. Over the years through trials and errors she was able to build her channel. After learning this about her, I was really impressed. All i can say is, she is truly a hard working person and never leaves her family. We all should be inspired!! Ps: All that woodworking and cooking skill she learned from her grandpa. Apart from this channel, I heard that she is also a bussineess woman 😍

When I was young I worked at a Chinese restaurant. For my 19 bday, the restaurant closed and I invited all my friends and family. The owner asked me what I wanted on the menu, I told him to let the chef decided. I had the best Chinese food I have ever had and dishes I have never seen on any other Chinese restaurant.
