The Life of Joseph 17 Genesis 45:1-8 Face-to-face Forgiveness

What is true forgiveness? Joseph teaches us in chapter 45 of Genesis what genuine forgiveness looks like. In an emotional interaction, Joseph reveals himself to his brothers and extends forgiveness that will ultimately restore his relationship with his family. Joseph is able to see the hand of God in every area of his life which becomes the key to being able to forgive like he did.

I am a volunteer chaplain for Tipton County Jail & also a Sunday School Teacher in Millington, TN & forgiveness is such a large part of working in the Prison Ministry. I just wanted to thank you, my brother, for your insight to forgiveness.

Andrew Golden got into a car accident and passed away 2 months ago. Here's the statement that Mitch released. Shannon Wright’s husband, Mitch Wright, released a statement obtained by KAIT that said, “the news of Andrew Golden’s death today fills our family with mixed emotions, as I’m sure it does with the other families and students of the Westside shooting. Mostly sadness. Sadness for his wife and son, sadness that that they too will feel the loss that we have felt. To his family, we are so sorry for your loss.”
