Aizen was an excellent villain for Bleach. He was multiple steps ahead of everyone in Soul Society and caught many off guard with his intelligence. He believed he knew everything and planned perfectly but he never really planned for dealing with Ichigo.

Aizen may have a gigantic god complex but what really pushed him was the forbidden knowledge of Soul Society's origins and the ancestors great sin with the Spirit King. He sure played everyone masterfully, and complacency and archiac tradition did the rest.

I am obsessed with Sosuke Aizen. The only villain in the bleach world who I would cheer for to win.

I mean, I haven’t finished the video yet but their relationship is pretty important in my eyes and they met before Aizen was a lieutenant. Was it because it was light novel material that it wasn’t included...? I’m pretty sure Tōsen being Aizen’s only friend is significant to Aizen’s character.

If you think about it the Hōgyoku granted both Ichigo and Aizen wish Ichigo to be stronger to protect the ones he loves and Aizen to have someone to challenge him

Regardless of how strong aizen is, all it took was for him to be sealed away, kind of remind me of madara, a character so strong they came up with some cheesy way to get rid of them

Fantastic capture of the whole bleach saga from Aizens point of view. Although he almost succeeded in his plan, Aizen made quite a few errors of judgement but he had a way of acting calm like he was expecting it whenever he did. His ego was his ultimate downfall cause he greatly underestimated Urahara who was really more intelligent but was always hiding it behind his unserious relaxed attitude. He made several assumptions about urahara which all tended to be false. This was what made it possible for urahara to place the seal kido into Aizan. Urahara already knew Aizens objective was immortality and realised if he achieved it there was no way they could defeat him hence the only part to victory was to seal him. With this in mind he made a battle plan to take advantage of everyone's ability to weaken him appear desperate to win which made him drop his guard for the opening urahara needed to implant the seal kido. Final part was to get ichigo to fight him at full power in order to weaken him enough for the kido to take effect. Job done game over Aizen is contained. The win goes to Urahara as he appears when the seal takes effect like nothing happened to him earlier. Urahara, yoruichi & ishinn were all acting when they fought Aizen but he never realised it. Now that's how you fight a bad guy by inflating his ego while you go around constructing his cage around him. 🥂

I would love if they made a follow up series to bleach revolving around a new cast of characters, with of course summer fan favorites sticking around to see eyes and released after serving his sentence. I think it would be very epic to see what sort of adversaries and obstacles the future of bleach would hold.

Just one correction from me. Aizen didn’t use his zanpakuto release to stage his death, he actually used a highly sophisticated gigai corpse doll, he could’ve used his zanpakuto for the plan, but the ryoka hadn’t seen his release yet so it wouldn’t have worked on them if they came across the scene

The only thing i didnt like about Aizen is that it was never explained how he was so strong. Unless it was stated in the light novels or whatever was released after the last manga arc. The only ones that could rival his reiatsu were Kenpachi and Yamamoto, one who was a freak from early age and the other who is as old as Soul Society.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Aizen use his sword to fight. He’s a captain so his skills as a swordsman has to be good, but dude was too strong to never even need it. Definitely the strongest

The interaction between Aizen and Kisuke resembles that between a Soul Reaper and a Zanpakuto spirit. Kisuke has to be Kyoka Suigetsu.

People forget and underestimate the role urahara played when was in charge of the pit. The people in the pit where not innocent as urahara painted them. Thus where people apprehended in the act of committing crimes against the soul society which means someone foiled their plans. Guess who? URAHARA. Dude had always been the most intelligent in soul society seconded by Aizen.
