The Roman Empire never had an official anthem.
The song is from the movie dragon blade
Lyrics in Latin.
Firme nunc me spondeo,
Fidelis tibi maneo,
Bella priorum cara patria,
Nunc et semper florens gloria,
Pulchras terrae patriae!
Fortes terrae pro homines,
Romae noster aeterne,
Vis cavire domum navium,
Frusta ipsa impetur,
Sunt sine spe!
Domus dulces portula,
Fraudi ob sat,
Tubae militaris vox,
Legiones procat mox!
Et in tota patria,
Cantus victoriae resonat,
Et in tota patria,
Cantus nostrae resonat,
Tempus est in gaudium,
Superbiae Roma aeterna.
Lyrics in English.
Firmly I pledge
my loyalty to thee
Land of my Forefathers
forever brimming with glory
A land of beauty
home of the courageous
Our Eternal Rome
the might of enemy ships
Threatens us in vain
it is a hopeless quest
Turn away from deceit
and sweet delusions
For the trumpets of War
will call our Legions soon
And across the fatherland
a victory song will ring
And across the fatherland
our song will resonate
A time of joy and pride
for Eternal Rome.

Thank you it brings me back to dragon blade The Roman Empire (Latin: Imperium Rōmānum [ɪmˈpɛri.ũː roːˈmaːnũː]; Koinē Greek: Βασιλεία τῶν Ῥωμαίων, romanized: Basileía tôn Rhōmaíōn) was the post-Republican period of ancient Rome. As a polity it included large territorial holdings around the Mediterranean Sea in Europe, Northern Africa, and Western Asia ruled by emperors. From the accession of Caesar Augustus to the military anarchy of the 3rd century, it was a principate with Italy as metropole of the provinces and the city of Rome as sole capital (27 BC - AD 286). After the military crisis, the empire was ruled by multiple emperors who shared rule over the Western Roman Empire and over the Eastern Roman Empire (also known as the Byzantine Empire). Rome remained the nominal capital of both parts until AD 476, when the imperial insignia were sent to Constantinople, following the capture of Ravenna by the barbarians of Odoacer and the subsequent deposition of Romulus Augustulus. The adoption of Christianity as the state church of the Roman Empire in AD 380 and the fall of the Western Roman Empire to Germanic kings conventionally marks the end of Classical antiquity and the beginning of the Middle Ages. Those events, along with the gradual hellenization of the Eastern Roman Empire is why historians distinguish the medieval Roman Empire that remained in the Eastern provinces as the Byzantine Empire. The predecessor state of the Roman Empire, the Roman Republic (which had replaced Rome's monarchy in the 6th century BC) became severely destabilized in a series of civil wars and political conflicts. In the mid-1st century BC, Julius Caesar was appointed as perpetual dictator and then assassinated in 44 BC. Civil wars and proscriptions continued, eventually culminating in the victory of Octavian, Caesar's adopted son, over Mark Antony and Cleopatra at the Battle of Actium in 31 BC. The following year Octavian conquered Ptolemaic Egypt, ending the Hellenistic period that had begun with the conquests of Alexander the Great of Macedon in the 4th century BC. Octavian's power then became unassailable, and in 27 BC the Roman Senate formally granted him overarching power and the new title Augustus, effectively making him the first Roman emperor. The first two centuries of the Empire saw a period of unprecedented stability and prosperity known as the Pax Romana ("Roman Peace"). Rome reached its greatest territorial expanse during the reign of Trajan (AD 98-117). A period of increasing trouble and decline began with the reign of Commodus (177-192). In the 3rd century the Empire underwent a crisis that threatened its existence, as the Gallic Empire and Palmyrene Empire broke away from the Roman state, and a series of short-lived emperors, often from the legions, led the empire. The empire was reunified under Aurelian (r. 270-275). In an effort to stabilize it, Diocletian set up two different imperial courts in the Greek East and Latin West in 286. Christians rose to positions of power in the 4th century following the Edict of Milan of 313. Shortly after, the Migration Period, involving large invasions by Germanic peoples and by the Huns of Attila, led to the decline of the Western Roman Empire. With the fall of Ravenna to the Germanic Herulians and the deposition of Romulus Augustus in AD 476 by Odoacer, the Western Roman Empire finally collapsed; the Eastern Roman Emperor Zeno formally abolished it in AD 480. On the other hand, the Eastern Roman Empire survived for another millennium, until Constantinople fell to the Ottoman Turks of Sultan Mehmed II in 1453.[n 8] Due to the Roman Empire's vast extent and long endurance, the institutions and culture of Rome had a profound and lasting influence on the development of language, religion, art, architecture, philosophy, law, and forms of government in the territory it governed, and far beyond. The Latin language of the Romans evolved into the Romance languages of the medieval and modern world, while Medieval Greek became the language of the Eastern Roman Empire. The Empire's adoption of Christianity led to the formation of medieval Christendom. Greek and Roman art had a profound impact on the Italian Renaissance. Rome's architectural tradition served as the basis for Romanesque, Renaissance and Neoclassical architecture, and also had a strong influence on Islamic architecture. The rediscovery of Greek and Roman science and technology (which also formed the basis for Islamic science) in Medieval Europe led to the Scientific Renaissance and Scientific Revolution. The corpus of Roman law has its descendants in many legal systems of the world today, such as the Napoleonic Code, while Rome's republican institutions have left an enduring legacy, influencing the Italian city-state republics of the medieval period, as well as the early United States and other modern democratic republics.

@@dpwXXIPolskaPolak the Italians descendants of the Illyrians, Turks and Arabs? ahhahahahah don't be ridiculous please, the Italians have nothing to do with Illyrians, turks or Arabs, none of them have ever been here in Italy, only the Arabs have been in Sicily for two centuries, but Sicily has been repopulated by the people of the peninsula. @@Negs42 The Pantheon (UK: /ˈpænθiən/, US: /-ɒn/;[1] Latin: Pantheum,[nb 1] from Greek Πάνθειον Pantheion, "[temple] of all the gods") is a former Roman temple and, since 609 AD, a Catholic church (Basilica di Santa Maria ad Martyres or Basilica of St. Mary and the Martyrs) in Rome, Italy, on the site of an earlier temple commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus (27 BC - 14 AD). It was rebuilt by the emperor Hadrian and probably dedicated c. 126 AD. Its date of construction is uncertain, because Hadrian chose not to inscribe the new temple but rather to retain the inscription of Agrippa's older temple, which had burned down.[2]

Epic Speech Incoming !!! One day my brothers…this song will echo through the streets of Rome and Constantinople…and on that day, I ask you…who of you will stand and fight for the Empire that was ? Who of you will stand and fight for the Empire that may yet still be ? Great was the twin cities of Rome and Constantinople once….and great they can they still be !!! For it was the Empire that spanned from the days of the Kingdom until the Fall of gracious and beautiful Constantinople that ruled the World. It is to the Caesars that we owe our loyalty, it is to the Romans of old “Caesar, Augustus, Trajan, Hadrian, Marcus Aurelius and Constantine the Great that we owe our great and proud civilizations to !!! We may not all of us be Roman by heritage or birth, but we can all still be part of the Empire that can be !!! The New Roman Empire !!! For when the societies and civilizations of the West collapse, up shall the New Roman Empire rise, like a Phoenix rising out of the ashes……and we, we brave few, we men of the West shall be a part of that !!! Vivat Imperium Romanum !!!
