I grew up on this singing family. Incomparable. Rusty’s voice, Vestel’s powerful voice gets me everytime.

I was going through a very rough time some 25 years ago. This song stood out amongst others. The lyrics notwithstanding, there’s no mistaking them with anyone else.

no one had a voice like vestel goodman, they all are great.

I love the Goodman family what a tremendous ministry.

Can't ever get tired of the LIGHTHOUSE!!!!!!

When I was a teen, my family would go to them, but ours usually started around 7pm, and lasted at least until midnight, sometimes a little longer depending on the crowd and their begging for it to continue!

Remember the "All night Gospel Singing's" in the south? They would start in abuot 8PM and last till midnight. Held in a local autorium,VFW hall,etc.

Incredible song. Whether by the Hinson's or Goodman's. Though there was only one Vestal.

Only Rusty could sing it like this. ..
