Our dance studio went to see the Lion King last summer and we all freaked out at this part. Not for the reason most people think, though. It's because we used this song in our production of Snow White in the forest scene.

I love how about at the 1:20 range in the song you can hear in the background the music from endless night. It just brings a whole other layer to the song it makes it that much more meaningful especially in Simba's journey through the musical. God this show is just so good

This scene is so AMAZING! I say that about every single scene in this play but it’s true. The battle between Simba and Scar is represented with hopeful music and dark music. You can tell what’s going on just with the music playing. It’s so cool and awesome.
