I love cinderella, beauty and the beast, lady ant the trampe, the jungle book, mulan, the lion king and aladdin live action remake they were good to me in my opinion but the i thought aladdin and the lion king live action remake was good decent that's the only two remakes i thought that was not as as great as the original cartoon animated aladdin and the lion king i also loved and enjoy the cartoon aladdin sequels and the lion king 2 and the lion king onw and a half sequel as well i thought the these cartoon sequels was good just like the original first cartoon in my unpopular opinion even tho i know alot of people didn't like the sequels that's ok everyone is entitled to their own difference opinion and i knew the little mermaid live action remake was going to get backlash but for me i really love and embrace the trailer it was good trailer i can't wait for this to come out to give it a chance since i do love changes even tho i know alot of people don't like changes but some of us do love changes just like most say can't please everyone that's ok because we are all difference and have difference preference that's what makes us unique i think the world will be a boring place if we were all the same that's not a world i want to live in that's just me that's all i want it to share

I think erasing people's history is the issue here, more so than anti-woke. Fantasy is not just make believe as many people seem to think these days.. Fantasy, like most stories, is history re-told in a fictionalized way, so such mindless swapping of race, gender, culture, etc without a good reason besides "it's fantasy" is something that going to generate more division and hate amongst different ethnicities. One ethnic group can't demand respect, while blatantly disrespecting another.

Unfortunately this will be another Disney flop people do not like when you mess with original casted movies and race swap. Is it so hard for Disney to make something new with new characters and choose who ever they want to be casted it isn't that hard.
