Loser Take All (The Lone Ranger)
Starring: Brace Beemer as the masked marvel and John Todd as Tonto
The Lone Ranger atop his beloved horse, Silver, is headed to gold country. Jerry, a young prospector has returned to Virginia City from Lookout Hill where he has staked out his claim, but he lacks the capital to get a water source up to high elevation to wash out the ore. Meanwhile, his fiancée would like Jerry to just work in the creeks and make an honest day’s pay like the other prospectors, but Jerry is persistent. At his beau’s suggestion he asks the Lone Ranger for advice. The Lone Ranger suggests Jerry contact a Carl Miller, a somewhat unscrupulous investor, whom the masked crusader would like to entrap. Just what is the Lone Ranger scheming?

I never heard the radio show but, as a kid, every school day morning on television it was the Lone Ranger, Three Stooges, Little Rascals and Captain Kangaroo. Thanks for posting and sharing.

Good morning world! Another hearty hi-yo Silver to all as the Lone Ranger heads into a new adventure! Babe Ruth, a big fan of radio drama, loved to listen to the Lone Ranger radio show with his daughter.

This was a very good episode of "The Lone Ranger." Tourists may be interested in visiting some of the previous gold and silver mining towns in Nevada. As an added note, some of the most valuable coins were minted in Carson City, Nevada.

Thank you for providing this. This is the first time I've listened to a Lone Ranger radio episode. I thought the actor portraying Jerry had a voice similar to Clayton Moore's.

I just received this question on my email account. Maybe somebody can answer it: After the Lone Ranger saved the day and rode off into the sunset, the grateful citizens would ask, Who was that masked man? Invariably, someone would answer, I don't know, but he left this behind. What did he leave behind?________________.
