Longest in what way...amount of kicks taken or amount of time to complete them... I saw a shootout in September 1988 when I was in Buenos Aires...went into late teens and some of the players were having a 2nd bite at the cherry so to speak😂

Ours at high school took for 3hrs it ende 2001-2000.even the headteacher from a nearby xkul helped playing after all students from two xkuls failed to miss a penalty
