The Lord of the Rings - Main Theme (Piano Version)
Piano Version by Patrik Pietschmann
You asked for it several times, now you get it! The soundtracks from the LOTR trilogy by Howard Shore have countless wonderful themes that could be turned into a 20-minute piano medley. My goal was rather to present you the best of these soundtracks in a short and crisp version. For this, I have picked out what I think are the most important themes from the trilogy:
- The Shire Theme ("In Dreams"): 0:02, 1:11
- The Fellowship Theme: 0:50, 3:05
- Rohan Theme ("The Riders of Rohan"): 1:41
- Gondor Theme ("Minas Tirith"): 2:32
In addition, I've revised my effects and layout a bit. I hope you enjoy it!

When I was 8 I didn't found a magical wardrobe that brings me to Narnia. I didn't get a Hogwarts letter when I was 11. A satyr guide didn't show up to bring me to Camp Half-Blood when I was 12. No fraction for me to choose when I was 16. I survived to age 18 without getting reaped. I'm relying on Gandalf to be at my doorstep when I am 55.

Brings a tear to my eye. I raised my son alone and we would have, “Lord” nights and fall asleep on the couch to one of the three movies. This was something that went on for years. He’s all grown up now and off doing his own thing. I can’t watch any of the LOTRs now because it makes me miss those days too much.

@@DeeJay34554 I’m actually almost on the last disk of RotK and believe it or not, the only time I got choked up was the main menu music on Fellowship (which played all night while we slept, falling to sleep watching it). "The Breaking of the Fellowship (feat. "In Dreams") then it moves into "The Riders of Rohan" and finally "The Bridge of Khazad Dum" "The Breaking of the Fellowship" has got to be one of the best pieces of music to exist in movies. @@thirumoorthy6778 Yeah, the Dark Knight is the best superhero movie in my opinion, tied with Infinity War, but IMO the best movies of all time would still be the LotR, maybe not the first two, but i love the third one, others are great don't get me wrong. Just the music, characters, the universe that Tolkien/Peter Jackson created just really makes for an epic story!
