The super Death Egg who attracts other planets, including Sonic's world. I like that particular storyline, because it would have been cool to see Sonic visit other planets.

Sonic Twist's story is so goofy lmao Also Chaos Doom feels like a precursor to Chaos from Sonic Adventure, that's really cool!

You know it's crazy when you think about it The 1 story line that introduces the freedom fighters is very interesting because it paints a very vivid picture What if that story line would have happened?, What is sonic xtreme With such a story If you really stop and think about it that means That the freedom fighter could have been canon. I'm kind of imagining a world where this game happen but with that particular story plot We would live in a world where the freedom fighters are canonical to the main series And they probably would still be prominent characters even now!?

It would mean a bigger retcon would have to happen since ken penders ownership would've torn much more of the sonic story up.

@@mackpapi9818 Well with the ripple effect that this one decision would have on the future of the franchise, who's to say Ken Penders would have done any work for anything Sonic in the first place?

@@mackpapi9818 damn that's some good observation, I didn't think about it like that, that would basically mean they would restart the entire games from scratch just like how they did the comics after post Genesis wave. Now this next part hear me out I don't know if it's true or not but remember when 06 first came out? Some people thought it was a reboot simply because it didn't reference any other game before it, maybe we would have had something like that where after ken would do irreparable damage all they could do is start over from scratch and then this would mean every character has a new origin for better or worse. You make some really good points man didn't think about it that way 😅 still wish we had a world where Ken didn't exist!

@@TheMrSonicFan99 Oh man yeah, since 06 was planned as a next reboot it would've probably been possible 06 would've been a bigger part of the lore instead of just adding silver to the cast of characters.

I am pretty sure that at least one of the virus storylines of Sonic X-Treme was called 'Bubonic Sonic'. I could be wrong though.

I'll try to give Sonic X-Treme the mania treatment, Via making a new story, that involves a few things from Previous stories. "After the events of Sonic Superstars, Eggman was behind the scenes with the Master Emerald he secretly stole from knuckles as you know, Knux was with the gang in superstars, it broke & unleashed 7 Ghostly Beings known as the Chaos Wraiths, they incased Eggman, tails, knuckles & Amy Rose in Unbreakable Crystal... now Sonic & Trip come over to stop this new threat, while collecting the 7 Super Emeralds... also there'll be about 7 new zones. Zones 1. Jade Gully Zone 2. Barista Badlands Zone 3. Metro Plaza Zone 4. Crystal Frost Zone 5. Bayou Ruins Zone 6. Fuego Factory Zone 7. Chaos Capital Zone EX. Chaotic Combination

Colours literally reused the final story, which even has the same writer. And Lost World both has floating objects with antigravity in the levels and the Deadly Six are like Chaos Six. The only thing those both games are missing is X-treme's darker atmosphere and moody music, but they are kind of like X-treme, especially Lost World, one of my favourites.
