The film's ensemble cast includes Corey Haim, Jason Patric, Kiefer Sutherland, Jami Gertz, Corey Feldman, Dianne Wiest, Edward Herrmann, Billy Wirth, Brooke McCarter, Alex Winter, Jamison Newlander, and Barnard Hughes.

I was born 1987, the same year this was released. Everyone I knew growing up has children of their own or is dead now. At 36 years old I’m almost middle age, shits scary but I’m one of the lucky ones😊

Pure 80s! I was a kid when this movie came out and it is and always will be the best vampire movie, who needs sparkly vampire when you have rocker bad boys. Better times, not perfect but better than 2022

We were coming out of a huge economic slump and of course we were supposed to be driving cars that flew and doing everything by computers... this is what people of the 1950s thought the 80s we're going to be like😂 Times were definitely better because we were still kids back then, we didn't have the adult responsibilities yet. I was in my very early twenties, having a great time! If I had lived in a town like Santa Cruz and they had vampires like that I would have gone to the dark side immediately!!❤❤ No sparkly vampires for me please! Just give me a rocker vampire on a fast motorcycle❤❤

He was actually too pretty to be Jim. Patrick’s face was almost perfect. Jim was hot, but had different features.. Jim was more raw looking.

I was on the beach in Santa Cruz the night they where filming the motorcycle scene on the beach back in the 80’s, was so cool to be there and we had no idea at the time what movie it was ✌🏼

I had always thought that Grandpa was like the greatest character and the funniest one out of them all Plus Grandpa was awesome too. also when they did this movie, they couldn't have picked a better cast than they did for it. This whole entire crew was epic and the movie turned out to be one of the greatest vampire movies ever. 👍👍👍👍👍

The Lost boys is one of the great classic horror flicks from my generation when they made the 2 sequels it would have been better if they would have got Jason Patric to appear in it as his character Michael , and maybe Jami gertz and also maybe even Kiefer Sutherland could have appeared as a different character Rip Corey Haim, Edward Herman Barnard Hughes

ahhhh this one was my FAV movie & soundtrack back in my Highschool in 80s, saw it few times in theaters with friends & my older bro because was rated R couldn't get in ...lots of memories & my youth back in day ahhhh good ole daysss.. yeah she was the woman stood behind the video store counter and when the Lost Boys walked in she was behind a TV square and they said we only came here to watch one thing...along those lines! always baffled me seeing her name in the credits when she had such a small role

I’d stay 30. Perfect age not a kid not old and not even middle aged just an adult. 40s and up is rough and horrible. Even if you don’t look old you friggin well feel it. I am 38 and intending to be it forever screw 40!! lol

Jami Gertz is the richest actor in Hollywood, and by a very large margin. Most of it is due to her investor husband, but he was not wealthy when they married. It's not impossible to do another LostBoys. You could have Michael (Jason Pratric) visiting his mom (Diane Weist) and (Corey Feldman) for the anniversary of the Death of Sam. With Michael's son (Tanner Buchanan) who reminds me of the late Corey Haim. Up against another female group of Vampire's (Anya Taylor Joy, Zendaya) add the cool music and we're off again. Now before you say, if the Vampire's are Girls it should be titled the LostGirls. But if the victims are Boys that go missing then they're still the LostBoys.
