41:02 yall actually did help my fitness. I watched yall so much while drinking, I realized I'm an alcoholic. So I quit hard booze for only a few seltzers or wine now and again. Lost 65lbs in 3 months and started home fitness to fix my back and bad knee. Now it's a year and I hike and my arthritis is in remission. Thanks yall 🎉

For the past year I've been taking care of a loved one home with hospice, and it hasn't been an easy year to say the least. I do my best to power through it, but most days suck, and you guys make it a little more tolerable. Thank you, and be sure to hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. No matter how much you do it, when the time comes, you'll wish you did it more, and those memories of the good times together will get you through the worst of times. Have been watching every podcast since the first one. Even introduced my father figure who was ex military 11 bravo. I believe Out of Fort Campbell to all these vids. And ever since I lost my father figure listening to all the stories have kinda helped me deal with it.
