Cynthia, Rodolfo, Bruno ( ‪@climbstamina5554‬ ) and I went for this amazing adventure!
Such a cool and unique feature in The Blue Mountains, climbing this fin was really cool, not only for the climb itself, but the whole process of finding it, abseiling, the extra complexity of getting out... Heaps of fun!
Doing it in a party of 4 made it a bit long, but everything went smoothly.
The day was great, a bit windy, but sunny... And because it's in the shade the whole day, we got a bit cold even though it was in the summer.
After climbing the fin, we crossed the gap, and climbed the Welsh Dragon (19) starting from the second pitch.
You can do the whole thing with one rope of 70m if you want.
But we fixed a 70m from the top, and used another 70m for the climb.
