@@LukeBunyip I was thinking they could make the Full Size "Airfix Kit" diorama of the Quad & 25 Pounder, as a Display, or maybe it was just the first Kit I made ..

A 5 minute look around the 25 pounder and quad tractor would be great! Not fancy, but it's my grandad's machine from the North Africa campaign, 5th Field Regiment, 2NZEF. Thanks team.

I think a series on how indirect fire artillery figures out where to point the barrel would be great! Starting with the observer, to Fire Direction center, to laying the battery/piece. It’s a complicated system that most don’t know about, but without it no explosions on target.

Thanks Jason, your armored vehicle knowledge is amazing. You asked for suggestions on other vehicles to feature. In the background is a truck that I believe was used to tow artillery in WW2, could do a feature on it, Cheers

Excellent. I had no knowledge of this vehicle until now. I guess it’s development was as a result of experience in Korea.

It could have been rebuilt for service with the National Guard, they typically would be a model behind - especially at that time period.

An in-depth look at the M7 Priest, perhaps with some comparisons to its Aus/Canadian counterparts would be great. As the most-used self-propelled artillery piece of the Second World War the M7 is an interesting AFV. I believe they had a very high survival rate due to the way they were deployed, so many survived WW2 only to be scrapped in huge numbers and ending up quite rare. It would be fantastic if you have plans to eventually restore your M7 to running condition.

Cheers. Another excellent video. It appears that these vehicles had a longer in-service life than the high speed artillery tractor that was also based on the M41.

Always very informative these little guides on the history of the Aus Armor collection. Be interesting to know what history is known about the damage to the left front corner, though if the IDF got their hands on it looks like some repair has taken place.

Nicely done. If you would I'f be interested in hearing about the M114. I very nearly wound up training on those at FT Knox in 71, but since I was assigned to a tank company in the National Guard, the mistaken orders that sent me to that training company were revoked and I trained on the M48A2 later.

I see that right next door there is an M114. A video on this would be appreciated. The best boss I ever had was a former Green Beret who commanded a company of these in Germany in the early 1970's. He remarked that the version he had mounted the 20mm cannon, and that it was a "piece of ****". However, his unit somehow always kept all of its' vehicles running..

Saw a lot of M109s and M110s when I was in the service, so seeing the M52 with that stubby little gun was kinda comical. Is anyone else fascinated by the facts and figures in this man's brain? I pride myself in stats on things, but when you start rattling off serial numbers and the dates they were produced, that's impressive.
