"The Maasai Story or Waiting for the Rain", is about the Maasai people of Kenya and their changing living conditions due to climate change. In many parts of Kenya, it has not rained for years, and the consequences are very harsh. The environment is changing and the way of life they have been living is no longer able to provide what they need for their daily life and survival. Rivers and pastures are drying up, livestock are dying. The Maasai depend on their livestock to survive. The effects of climate change are bringing with them very strong and negative social impacts.
