Actually, Pangkor Laut Resort is the best resort in Malaysia and top list in the world. A few years back, the beach declared as the best in the world. It's the most expensive & privacy resort in Malaysia. Once, the lowest rate was rm1600.00. This is the only resort that attended by famous Hollywood stars. I repeat once again, it's the most privacy resort in Malaysia, that's why this kind of information is sealed. Thank you for promoting our beautiful Malaysia

I mean.. it's about time to stop commenting like guys should go to bla bla bla, we are now watching this video so why not just appreciate those efforts by the vlogger for sharing their experiences in this one? I'm malaysian and been to bali, phuket and whatnot and no doubt for malasians they love to visit perhentian island, langkawi etc but pangkor will always have a special spot in my heart...sooo beautiful!

Hahahaha you should come to Malaysia one more time.. you spend a month at Langkawi still missing a lot of Malaysia beaches. Pangkor island is at Perak Tioman island at Johor.. Sipadan island at Sabah Hentian island, Redang island at Besut Terengganu.Take a bus from Besut 1hour to Kota Bharu Kelantan,and from Kota Bharu 1hour more to Rantau Panjang and you reached sungai golok Thailand (southern Thailand) so much more here in Malaysia

Until you come to semporna,Sabah where there are alot more tropical island sipadan,mabul, and alots more but the best island it's bohey dulang you can hike the island to the top the it's 600m above sea and you can see whole other island from the top 😊

pegi je le. balik hari pun takpe. ada dlm Rm50 dah boleh pegi balik siap makan kat kedai kat pangkor tu. bukan mahal pun. pangkor je ye, bukan pangkor laut. kalu pangkor laut bawak le RM1,000 😂😂😂

Maybe Malaysian beaches are not nicest like other coutries but to be honest, when u r there, u gonna feels like "Am i in heaven?" Because the malaysian jungle are definetely amazing and massive! You know like..when u r nearing that pangkor's jungle, you gonna see a lot giant and old trees...and u can also here a million of insect voice...thats paradise! Also because town in malaysia (especially on the islands) look so old and the real nature of MY...the buildlings that looks like made by wood. Btw enjoy your trip!

Try visit Sabah, Malaysia. They have the best beaches and islands adventures. Try the Tunku Abdul Rahman marine park which is the nearest and cheapest. At least visit one of the island, Pulau Manukan. "Pulau" is island in Malay language. If you're a diving enthusiast, try the Sipadan Island. I'm a non Sabah, Malaysia citizen but a frequent visitor there. Try it while you're in Malaysia. Won't regret it.

Actually we have few bungalow resorts & spa in Malaysia. Langkawi Ritz Carlton Villa facing the blue Andaman Sea, Port Dickson - Lexis Hibiscus, Some part in Sabah or Langkawi...depends on someone budget, and preference!. Do enjoy our low ringgit exchange rate before it goes up! :)

@@DelightfulTravellers nice video..and Pangkor Laut is gorgeous.. There's a place in the east coast called Redang. Absolutely love the waters there. I went to this place called Redang Mutiara, a bit off from the main beach there which is Long Beach but if your timing is right... The water is absolutely glorious... We were lucky to experience it on the first day we were there but the water wasn't as clear on day 2 and 3 due to some tidal or monsoon changes.... (hope I'm giving the right information.... 😂😂😂) I hope they're still operating after this MCO... You should try lankayan resort in sandakan Sabah .. or mataking resort in semporna Sabah... the water more crystals clear .. tioman islands in Terengganu or perhentian islands also the best beaches in Malaysia .. anyway enjoy ur journey in Malaysia .. and welcome.. have a pleasant journey

I hv been to emerald bay before . I stayed at pangkor laut resort (the old building) more than 20 yrs ago. It was in 1988. 200.00 ringgit per night. Water bungalow wasn't built yet.

I'm praying for this stupid pandemic to end soon this is by far the hardest time of my life. Worked all year without a break and I miss the better times when I could just book time off and go explore beautiful places anywhere in the world. This year has been absolutely horrible, videos like this about travelling is the only thing that kept me going.

If you want to see beautiful corals you should go to Sipadan Island in Sabah (Borneo Island) but if not possible you still can go to Perhentian Island which is at South China Sea area.

Great Vlog. Live in Malaysia for 14 years but haven't been that island yet. Have visited many islands in Sabah, Phillipines and Indonesia though but understood the island you are belongs to the top in Malaysia. My daughter was there when attending a wedding and they booked many chalets for their guests. Keep up the good work. I live now in Johor but the most beautiful resorts I visited are in Sabah.

Great vid! I was torn between pankor laut and rawa island resort but i ended up to rawa island. It was crazy beautiful even im malaysian i never thought we have THAT kind of beAch. Please consider going there. And the best part- they have a longgggg slide that go straight to the sea water!

If someday you both travelling again I recommend you both to go to semporna, where there are alots of tropical island and one of the best island there it's bohey dulang island, that you can hike and see whole other tropical island from the top for about 600m.. 😊 there also resort like this it's called sipadan island but it's too far from semporna that have water bungalow just same like this one

Pulau Pangkor is wonderful n this resort looks nice but if u want to see white sandy beaches with clear crystal water with rich coral reefs u should go to Malaysia's east coast tropical island like Redang, Perhentian n Tioman.. And also tropical islands in Sabah, especially Sipadan, a world's best scuba diving site..

Pangkor Island is very beautiful. But in Sabah there are many very beautiful islands like in Pangkor Island. In Sabah there are also many beautiful islands like in the Maldives. I just suggest you come to Sabah, Malaysia for your next adventure. Thank you.

The best place to stay in Perhentian is Alunan Boutique Resort in Perhentian Kecil(small island)

The video missed out some key highlights such as the luxurious cruise to the island, that towels and cool bottled water are served as you pick your deck chair to place your stuff and to chill out. Such simple touches adds to all the pleasure.

yeah, quite a few world class resort and beaches especially in Sabah, terengganu and few other places. Well, Pangkor should be just an appetizer. Btw, welcome to Malaysia!!!

Please check out marine parks in Malaysia, either in Langkawi, Terengganu, Mersing Johor and the best of all, in Semporna area Sabah. BTW, water in Langkawi is emerald colour, similar to Thailand since they are both Andaman Sea

Delightful Travellers closed because of the monsoon season (end oct - end feb). Some of the islands are like Perhentian, Redang and Tioman. Check them out!

You will have to come back another time🙂 We are hoping to go back next year and some point and cover some different areas and pass by Singapore as we didn't get the chance to visit🙂
