As single sisters we need to be very careful because it's a thin line between what we think God is saying and what we want!!!

My sister got married to her God ordained husband, they got divorced, he married somebody else, THEN they got remarried. When God speaks a thing, IT HAS TO COME TO PASS!!

I spent 5 years of my life thinking a man was going to be my husband and he ended up marrying someone else. Looking back on it, I kept getting dream after dream of the enemy through this man. And I kept asking God for the “truth” and I would get visions and dreams of him having a baby with this other woman. But since I loved him so much, I always interpreted the meaning how I wanted to. If it was a vision of her pregnancy, I immediately counted it as the enemy lying to me. Or if it was a dream of this man having a dark evil countenance, I instantly stamped it off as “oh that’s just the enemy trying to keep us apart.” God was speaking, but I was not listening. I held onto this delusion for 5 years. God even sent me a vision of him marrying a monster like woman and guess what….she was in MY likeness 😭 that could have meant that my desires were evil and I was still hoping to be his wife even tafter he got married. Not to mention a few years prior to meeting him, I visited a psychic (prior to me being saved of course) and the psychic told me I would meet my soul mate and at that moment I had a vision of him! Smh just solidifies the fact that psychic practices are plucked from the pits of hell and Satan is a liar. Long story short, I broke free end of last year. And I never thought I would see the light of day. I prayed morning noon and night to be that man’s wife and by the grace of God, the Lord said NO. You truly truly have to lay your desires down before his feet! I learned that the heart is remarkably deceitful and it cannot be trusted! So if you are saying “God told me…”, make every effort to confirm that it truly was HIM and not yourself. A voice that truly truly is not your own. Because it will only cause you pain if you don’t

God will NEVER show another woman’s husband to be your own. The devil is the only one to plant adultery (sin) in someone’s head b/c he knows if you die in it, you will burn in hell.

If the person married someone else it was the flesh that planted that seed. Sometimes a persons own desires provokes those feelings. Make sure to Leave that married man, and couple completely alone before God’s displeasure with you is lit 🔥! When God puts people together that are both 1st seeking His face, usually both hearts are in sync while dating each other, and both begin to share the desire to get married. It’s not smart to ask God to “show” you your spouse. Serve God in life, He makes you whole, and “if” He then dishes you a spouse it will happen with little effort, and both of you will know. Desperation can lead to bad judgment!

God is all-knowing! He surely wouldn't say or promise something that HE KNOWS wouldn't come to pass.

I've just experienced this now and I can tell you both me and him had confirmations through prayer, other people about each other and being together, but he chose to do his free will and married someone else due to disobedience. He even told me himself that he never had peace from God when we separated and he was led to come back. So yes God can ordain two people, but if one party disobeys and goes in rebellion, then God will not leave the faithful party stuck.

God is either yay or nay. He doesn't work in the spirit of confusion, and He would not have us put to shame. However, the spirit of divination will mislead a person.

Ok one time I prophesied to my cousin, that is not your husband, she stayed with him, they married, and even in their marriage, God again told her that is not your husband. They are now divorced, it was pure manipulation to stay with someone who was not hers, and she kept saying “well other prophets told me he is mine” and I learned from this experience, people are liars, manipulators, and will want their will more than Jesus. And it’s so evil and distasteful.

When GOD tells one...... He will confirm it to the other!

God’s word cannot turn void. We imagine things or dream certain things and slap God's name on and when it doesn't come to pass, we blame God. God cannot lie.

God decrees the end from the beginning thereof. God works from the end to the beginning. He knows how a matter will end. He's never confuse like man. God does not start a thing and gets to the middle to now start apologizing for not being able to carry it through. He's just too faithful to have our heart broken. He mends broken heart, he does not break hearts. He's not a man that he should lie. His faithfulness is bigger than the promise he made you, so His faithfulness covers His word

This happened to me recently though. He and I BOTH knew in the spirit that we were each other’s ordained. Many solid confirmations. He was showing interest and I was reciprocating but before he approached me he sent a mutual acquaintance to talk to me to see if I would say something he didnt like. Apparently, I stated my opinion on something and he took it as me “gossiping”. After that his attitude towards me changed completely. Like total 180. Its like he was trying to find a reason to reject me or something. My discernment is very sharp so I could see the subtle passive aggressiveness when we spoke and the subtle attempts to make me jealous with another woman. I then had a dream that he was literally arguing and protesting to God with so many excuses as to why he didnt want to pursue me like God had instructed him to. That was all the confirmation I needed to let it all go. I completely cut ties with him and lost all interest in him. I couldnt believe a man of God would blatantly go against God’s will like that. On top of that the level of disrespect shown by him sending people to “find out” about me before actually trying to get to know me for himself on a courtship level. I shared some things with him on a friendship level that I did not expect such immaturity at all. Ive been through the worst with men that I refuse to put up with anything that even remotely resembles my past. I know my worth. So in my experience, God can definitely suggest two people to each other but we can reject it and go against His will. God wont force us either, He will just replace.

Amen, this is true in every area. So many people in bad situations or upset because “God told me this or that” and it doesn’t come to pass. We have to learn to let go of pride and recognize that there’s other voices out there, the devil and even our own thoughts. It can take time to discern properly but God is good and faithful and will help us always, He doesn’t want His children to hurt or upset. He’s all about wholeness, SHALOM- He leads us to nothing missing & nothing broken - AMEN 🙏💕

I had someone tell me, with confidence, that this happens. My question to them was what purpose would God have in presenting someone to you, telling you that's your spouse, knowing that person is not going to choose you?

I thought my child father was my husband but he kept choosing another woman. So I’m like “ain’t no way he came from God” God wouldn’t play me like this. In fact, God came to me years ago to leave him alone & focus on God & my children. Fast forward to now, he chose to keep cheating & I am now obeying what God told me years ago. I broke it off. 12 years of craziness.

So true, God told me who my husband was going to be, I was actually dating someone and told me to get out of it and not to date, he was not to be my husband and also said let him go or I couldn't move forward and that would hold this back and a 33 year marriage, I had to let that go because of drug abuse, so now I'm finally moving forward and everything you are saying is true, he said he would draw him to me, I feel the Holy Ghost, almost in tears, God is so good, he said I planned this before the foundations of the earth, that this is ordained, this has to do with your purpose, everything that didn't make since in my life will begin to make since and it is starting to, thank you for alot of confirmation to!

I LOVE that this exist. So many women should hear this. Sometimes we get it wrong and that does hurt but I'd rather admit I got it wrong than say God told me wrong or God hid some of the facts from me because of free will or to grow my faith in Him being good or able to restore. Who would want to serve a God like that? We would always be in a place of "guessing whether God is playing games again or thia is face value". I get it wrong but God ALWAYS gets it right. God showed me my Soulmate and we ended up going out a few times, and we just felt like we were made for each other. After a few months God showed me how my soulmate was going to chose to get marry to his ex over me and it happened, it devastated me at the time but now I'm happy 😊.

I enjoyed this video and most of the comments I read. The bible reads, "lean not to your own understanding, but in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path." With that said, each person's situation is different, so I agree and disagree with this video, but I did enjoy it because it is a very interesting topic. I remember watching an episode on Sid Roth "It's Supernatural" and the lady he was interviewing shared a story about God revealing to her who her future husband was. I won't go into all the details, but she was in love with her high school sweetheart and that is who she wanted to marry, but when she began seeking God about her next moves (career, location, and future spouse) the Lord told her that the man she was in love with was not the person he ordained for her to be with, but if she choose (free choice) to marry him, then she would live a good life, and she would remain in the state she was in and become a teacher, but if she chooses the path that He has for her she would have a better life and that marriage would honor Him. In other words, she would NOT go to her fullest potential in God. So, I do think that there have been situations in which people have married people God NEVER intended for them to be with, but when you seek God for your partner, He will show you and He will also show that person, and it's totally up to that person to obey God's command. People are in relationships for various reasons (obligation, false love, convenience, etc.). Just because you marry someone that does not mean that God put you two together. Some people put themselves together, that's why the divorce rate is so high. I also know a person that said God showed them their spouse, and God confirmed it by showing her mom her spouse as well, which was the same man, but out of disobedience she married someone else, even though God had also confirmed it to him. So, her and the person ended up marrying different people, and she has regrets until this day, but she loves her husband. However, she sometimes says, "the reason I'm going through the things that I'm going through with my husband is because, I was disobedient and didn't marry my kingdom spouse." With all of this said, again "LEAN NOT TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING." Amen & Thanks for having this discussion although I do disagree.

My testimony is crazy but it’s not over yet- so one day I’ll come back to tell it. But this reminds me the story in the Bible where the couple was trying to have a baby- and God promised to give them a child but they grew impatient- decided to help God out if you will- and she told her husband to have a baby through the help. Reminds me of that story in a sense-- they caused an unnecessary situation because of free will-- but Gods promise still came to pass. (Sorry I forget the names in the Bible) Also, I know people have commented God does not cause confusion, which is true-- but it’s not God that causes confusion it’s people whom cause confusion. I can’t attest to that in my situation. I am a new comer to Christ-- I believe I knew what God was telling me- but other people (out of good intent) we’re telling me the opposite. Which caused me an immense amount of confusion. I was trying to decipher if I was hearing from the Lord-- in the middle of my storm-- on top of the loudness of the world (peoples opinions) and the devils and I was so confused I thought I was going crazy-- then God led me to a church and it was the first time meeting the pastor and he told me before I even said a word-- everything that God was telling me 🤯 then I knew I heard correctly from the Lord. I have yet to see my beauty for ashes but I’ve had multiple confirmations from God. My story is very very crazy thus far. We can be misled by our own fleshly desires. It’s important to journal, fast & pray especially with major decisions like choosing/accepting our God ordained spouse. I firmly believe if God spoke it, it will pass no matter the current affliction. 6:57-7:05 resonated with me tough! Amen!

I have been waiting for eighteen years for an auspicious bride who was foretold by a church leader; however, her identity remains a mystery. This video has further encouraged me in the cause of marriage. thanks be to both of you for your work in the gospel of the Christian faith.

I’m waiting on my promise - it’s only been 3 months. I’ve been praying, fasting. Doing everything the Lord has called me to do. I haven’t pursued this man because He told me that He was preparing this guy to pursue me…it has NOT been easy. I’ve doubled back 3 times to confirm with the Lord that I heard correctly and all 3 times the Lord said that I’d heard Him right. This word was given through prophecy (it was TOO accurate, especially since the person who gave it didn’t know the situation). The crazy part is this prophecy confirmed a prophecy from the year prior but it was more detailed. God also confirmed it to me through prayer. I know God is faithful but I’m battling insecurities that leave me discouraged at times.

Well me too was into this "God told me" for 4 gud yrs Actually I got this idea that God showed me my future husband wen I was on a fasting and prayer ..somehow l was so show that it will come to pass .well I was so shocked to here the man was getting married to another. I agree , Gods will is always going to come to pass. There is no forfeiting or replacements . There is a big difference in our own desire and choice and what God actually has spoken and his will. Some just need to own that! I don’t even “believe” in free will , in that sense because it clearly says in his word, Proverbs 16:9 , A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps. I totally agree with this video. As far as God telling you your spouse and then to say "they have free will" I find that cynical...like why would God ever even tell you in the first place only for them to choose someone else because of "free will" I've heard many say this and it doesn't make sense. I disagree because, when we as children of God walk in disobedience we are doing what we want and not what God wants for our lives. I know men who married someone that God told pacific not to marry a person but he did it anyway and I believe God truly had someone else for that person. But people do have free will. And that’s why God put in His word ALL THINGS WILL WORK OUT FOR OUR GOOD, so if the woman or man chooses to not obey God concerning who they should marry, God will deal with them and there’s consequences for our blankly disobedience. I also believe that they will get married to someone else that will summit there will to God. God will always fulfill His promises.
