I have yet to read the book; but so far this is interesting because the way he talks about his life (having written about it, and studied it extensively) makes me see how I can evaluate my own decisions too (i.e. what did I know/feel at a certain time? How extensive were / are my powers to change things and make directions?) thanks for the inspiration!

Perhaps if our elected representatives in congress re-assumed their responsibility and authority to control and create America's own money, and dismissed the "federal reserve" with a thank you note for all their fine work, America would not have to engage in so many acts of economic neo-colonialism around the world to continue to prop up a costly fallacy, and could regain some actual degree of control over it's own direction. Just an idea...

i can remember being a 12 year old in 1999 , there was a Greenspan Mystic .
