I remember when the whole HitPiece controversy started. It was a perfect example of why I hate NFTs. They stole a bunch of people's music, released it on their site without permission, and tried to sell it so that they could profit off of someone else's hard work, all while claiming that they were "helping" artists, that they were splitting the revenue, that they had gotten permission from the artists and had deals with them, all of which was just a bunch of lies. It's just a scam run by lazy scum who want to profit of off art that they didn't create, and have no right to sell. Just like the entirety of OpenSeas, and every other NFT marketplace.

NFTs are basically the same as those sheets of paper people get for their 5th birthdays saying there's a star named after them, when in reality they're just pumped out and have no meaning.

The sheer amount of money Rory would owe in damages alone would get the US out of debt in weeks.
