While i trust Edwards and the rest to make a good appointment, I would be gutted if it's anyone other than Amorim. For me Amorim is the perfect fit. He knows what its like to battle it out with arguably more resourceful teams, he's a proper communicator, inspires and motivates the team, is young and plays exciting football. After Klopp himself Amorim just feels like the right personality for Liverpool.

Unai Emery has prem experience, like De Zerbi, unlike De Zerbi he's won European trophies on a consistent basis, just as Rafa had done before signing for us. Emery has also managed big clubs and big players. He's tactically astute and has taken Villa, who never looked like being in the top 4 to likely Champs League football. This is why we have not challenged consistently during his term. He burns the players out and injures them more.
