Man, I can't wait to see that "reversal" of dynamics between Din and Grogu as a protector and a protected! We've already seen a part of that in the season 1 (when Grogu tried to suffocate Kara) and now his bond with the Force has grown and MAN I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THAT

Grogu has saved Din a LOT already: from the mud horn, from what he thought was Cara hurting Din, from the Scorpenk droid and the rancor, from the Fire in the Nevarro Cantina - that has already been a very common theme

The fact Pedro is excited about more cameos is exciting. Im assuming Sabine will join the fight (to introduce her character before the Ahsoka show) and hopefully more from that storyline. Im excited for all the surprises to come! is it wednesday yet!??!?!

It's fun interviews like this that really make wonder where all this BS nonsense I keep hearing about Pedro Pascal, are coming from? Him being a drama queen behind the scenes. It's just NOT his personality. 🧐 He seems to have interest in this role. Not to mention the fact that, by and large, the fan base loves him in this role, myself included. Keep up the great work, Pedro!

@@IGotKitFistoed Unfortunately, being knowledgeable about SW does not mean being a great writer. I'd rather they be advisors and executive producers, even directors, but the sole writers? Let's face it, they are not well-known for being able to write great scripts. They do have great ideas, but the execution is... sometimes lacking. Especially when it comes to dialogue and realistic complexity in general. After Andor, it shows.

ROFL! She can´t be trusted. She is a terrible, narcissistic person and still insults him and blames him for the fall of Mandalore, while he was a kid back then. It´s everyone else´s fault except of hers in her eyes. She is the one who contributed the most to the fall of Mandalore, wanted her sister dead, broke her own creed the moment it wasn´t profitable for her, took the darksaber illegitimatelly...and she still feels entitled to be praised and followed by all Mandos. She so pathetic it is not even funny. She´s loathsome. IMO she wants Din to die in the mines of Mandalore, so she could take the darksaber again without a fight and make up some cool story. Her voice was very angry and salty when she talked to him. "Goodbye, Din Djarin" sounded more like "I hope you die."

Gonna go out on a limb here. Does anybody else get the feeling he may be James Earl Jones'n Mando? You know. Think about it. When he puts on the helmet, we have NO IDEA if it's him in there. Jones didn't play Darth in the movie, just the voice of is all. May be, maybe not. Just askin is all.

I heard it's the opposite. He was in it more for season 2 versus season 1. And especially for the face reveal scenes, he had to be in it for them. I think he's mostly adr for season 3 because he was filming TLOU around the same time plus a myriad of upcoming movies. Also if you observe closely you can tell when it's him in the armor. Most action sequences save for shooting sometimes are never him. The other double is more slender and Pedro has the widest shoulders irrc.

He was sometimes in season 2, there are bts photos and clips where you see him in full suits in the snow scenes, at the school where they leave Grogu and with Bokatan crew. Plus the scenes where we see his face, obviously. Sedaris and some other actors also talked about working with him.

@Ka Ribou ah yes, those are the doubles I was thinking of. Just by observation I feel like they put him in for the more acting heavy or cast interaction bits. With movement and action I often assume he's not there. Again I'm not sure, of course magicians never reveal their tricks but it's fun on rewatch to try and guess who plays in what scene.
