This Hotel was built in 1912 if I'm not mistaken and built over the reclaimed area of Manila when it open it was the most modern hotel in the orient through the passage of time Manila Hotel never fade it 's glory Still Captivating Elegant and prestige a piece of architectural master piece in the heart of Manila

Hi Mikey! Yes, it is a beautiful hotel. As soon as you walk through the main doors it's like your walking back in time. You can feel the rich history in the air. Just imagine all the the famous people that had stayed in this in this grand hotel. Politicians, diplomats, artists and poets. Thanks for watching! Very, very nice indeed ! I'd say the word 'Grand' applies to this hotel, I saw the short clip a few days ago but had no idea just how beautiful this hotel looks and clearly the staff are well trained. Bet you really enjoyed your stay and thanks for the video :) BTW do you happen to know which aircraft carrier that was ?

Hi Robert! I had a great time! The staff were all courteous and very pleasant, the nicest I've ever experienced. Not only was it Grand, it's a historical hotel as well. Google it to see which famous people have been going back to The Manila Hotel. 😊 The aircraft carriers were from Japan and Australia. I missed the one from the US. It had just left 2 day before I checked in. As always, Thanks for watching!

Wow, that's probably the nicest hotel I've ever seen, a step above anything in Clark that we have been to & we have stayed at many. I have to ask what is the price per night?
