Majungasaurus is well known for the single horn on the top of its head which I believe was designed to hold its hats.

It's kinda amazing how relatively small Majungasaurus was in comparison to similarly built theropods of its day. You could've looked it straight in the eyes! It was still pretty big, probably bigger than most modern carnivores on all fours.

The writers of Jurassic Fight Club clearly watched Peter Jackson’s King Kong & just went “Oh let’s do that with Cretaceous Madagascar. Make the Majungasaurus into V-rexes, these disgusting deformed inbred prion diseased riddled horrible monsters.”

The V-rexes are (in Peter Jackson’s King Kong) are descendants of T-Rexes, just to be clear. That said, I see where you’re coming from, with your comment. JFC’s “Majunga-Tholus” was much uglier than the (canonically, writer’s words) inbred V-rexes.

@@SmashBrosAssemble for me it's so bad it's so good territory, like the fights go unnecessarily hard and I'm all in for it, like bro the Majungotholus fight had infanticide and cannibalism, the Cerato-Allo fight was straight up violent and the T.rex Nanotyrannus brawl was a perfectly told story of revenge, as long you don't watch it as a dino Doc but rather just CGI fight scenes, your enjoyment of the material goes way upp

Prehistorc Planet reconstruction was just (chef's kiss) PERFECTION. I love ceratosaurs (abelisaurs are in the clade Ceratosauria as noasaurs and ceratosaurs).

1st: Great stuff like always, man. In regards to the new setup, what a surprise! I automatically knew something was different, but in a good way! The blue light is blue, yes, but not a issue for me personally because I still get to see cowboy hat and dinosaur collectibles so I'm happy regardless! 2nd: I'm not sure how you handle submissions, but it would be awesome to see a many interpretations of Saurophaganax. (Or Allosaurus-Maximus depending on your interpretation)

When I first heard about Majungasaurus when I was a little kid, tha fact of it being a cannibal was absolute terrifying to me, I actually had many nightmares about Majungasaurus, in fact my most recent nightmare was the scariest of them all, I was trapped in a lava chamber with the only light being the lava, and then I saw the Majungasaurus inside a tunnel and it was approaching me, we I couldn’t see it until it stepped out of the tunnel, and when it was about to attack I woke

The jw the game version may not be good but that opening scene in the battle arena at the start of the game and the lvl 30 colors r awsome. Thre last 3 are my fave. I wss surprised about the lack of art. Also what is mutant planet n where can i find it?

If mods possible for you: I reccomend liv's paleoverhaul. She added a great Majungosaurus in her "Medium Carnivore Pack". (Tried it out today, no issues) Also the mod is added as a skin variant so if a Chaos theory version would come out it would still work together with the paleo accurate Version.

You were almost close with the Jurassic Park Franchise movie part. But I think you forgot about 1 little thing. I seem to have read that the Indominus Rex from Jurassic World AKA Jurassic Park 4 has been made from a piece of DNA of the Majungasaurus.

Well, it’s simply only a small part of the overall genetic makeup. It’s so separated from Majungasaurus and barely has any traits from the animal, it would be an odd inclusion. I’ll only really include hybrids like that if you can see the obvious influence. For example, I’ll likely include stegoceratops in the triceratops vid, because you can clearly see the triceratops influence.

At this point Jurassic fight club is just being inaccurate on purpose. The fact that they gave this dinosaur pronated wrists when we already know they were way too small to be pronated just hurts me inside.

@7:07 That's not entirely true. Remember, the Jurassic Park/World franchise loves to promote various species of dinosaurs that never appeared in the series. It's possible Majungasaurus won't appear in Chaos Theory. Also, that's not the first time the species has been represented in the toyline as another figure was released years ago which has a similar volor palette, but a way more radical presentation.

Well yes. But this is based off of how Camp Cretaceous handled their toy-line. Several of the toys appeared eventually. Not every single one of course, but the named ones certainly did. And as you can see there, the Majungasaurus is named “Major”. I’d say it’s more likely than not that we’ll see this guy. If not in the first season, then in a later one.
