Impressive boxset. If I had room I would have considered it but this stuff would just sit in the box on a shelf if I bought it. Super cool though.

There's definitely some of the pins, rings, & pics that will stay in the box, but I'll have to find some creative way to display some of it.

Make sure you look for the demo tape hidden in the set! It's behind one of the drawers, maybe the second one down? As far as this set goes, it was INSANELY overpriced at launch. I waited about a year and got the deal of the century. I ended up getting it for $550 USD, including tax and shipping WITH a Pro Ject Essential III included! I gave the turntable to a friend and gave away everything from the boxed set except for the vinyl to fellow GN'R fans.

That pewter cross from the cover is a USB stick with all the tracks in various audio resolutions. My favorite thing in the whole box.

Yep, I ended up getting GnR Lies via RollinRecs a while back because I never did get an original, and it sounds great too.

I’ve always liked One in a Million (outside of the blatant racism and homophobia which is deplorable), but I understand why the band has distanced itself from it over the last 30+ years. Axl has even said in interviews since it was released that he regrets writing those lines, and he did it out of misplaced anger.

Good god that's massive. It's funny I remember about over a year ago. You and I were talking about boxsets how I'm a big fan of them. And you were very back in fourth on it. Now look at ya been buying quite a few boxsets the last several months I've seen. Curious you gonna leave the LPS in the boxset or put with your other records so you limit the times you open it? Yeah, there's been some awesome box sets released over the last year or so that has definitely changed my opinion a little.

This box set is awesome, the artwork exceptional, the whole format terrific, but it is rather large what is the cost , I just don’t know where I would display it great video , Thank You, Steve

It's such a huge box that I can definitely see how it might be hard to properly display it. It's a fantastic box set though.

Waiting on mine still, got the same deal! $239! Can't believe they were offering free shipping w/ this set also. Still debating whether I'll open up any of the actual LP's since I have the banned OG cover version, and another really nice deluxe repress (for listening).

Yeah, it's a fantastic box set when it's on sale. I paid a little more that $200 for it, when it regularly sells for $450-600.

You can get it for $399 pretty much anywhere that sells it retail now, and have been able to for a while.

Yeah, the site I bought if from had it listed for that, and then I got 40% off on top of that (and free shipping). Even at $400 I think it's still a good deal. I'm interested to see what they do for the Use Your Illusion box set that is supposed to be coming out this year.

Yeah, most of it was. I think there were a couple of tracks produced by Mike Clink also.

There is 1 item that you had not found as of making this video. I won't ruin it for you if you still haven't found it. You'll have to search for it, as it was hidden and not advertised. After the USB, it's my favorite item in the box set. Let me know if you've found it! :)
