The open concept is visually pleasing to the eye but dangerous, the firewall in Philly rows were designed to prevent fire and smoke from spreading rapidly through the home, I love the idea but...

It was up at 410k. Title issues with this one currently, so it will not be back on the market for quite some time I believe.

Not exactly. But, the houses there are amazing. Overbrook Farms has a lot of huge houses too.

Beautiful home only thing I would wonder is why is the ⭕️ ceiling light red or violet- contractors should always keep everything neutral due to the buyers color scheme- same in the upper bathroom near the tub it’s too personal all the black and white splash some buyers will not buy simply for those small bearings- then the glass pane back door? Especially in a crime ridden area is kinda weird- you would think it would be much more secure like a peephole style door- but otherwise it’s breathtaking ❤
