I take refuge in Amitabha Buddha, the leader of the Western Pure Land of Paradise, and Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, Bodhisattva Sthamaprapta, the right and left apostles.
Anyone can go to the Western Pure Land Paradise if you believe in Amitabha Buddha and the existence of the Western Pure Land Paradise, and then you do Chanting-Buddha.
