4 ай бұрынMy #ballet for #health, #happiness, and #stressmanagement during April Being National #stressawarenessmonth is "The Merry Widow". This ballet is based on Franz Lehar's operetta with a score adapted for the Australian ballet by John Lanchberry and original #choreography by Ronald Hynd, modified by me. I am #dancing as Hanna in Act 1 of the ballet when she is introduced to Danilo at the ball and they realize they know each other. I am dancing with my wonderful #pointeshoes from my sweetheart Lloyd. The #music is beautiful and the story is charming, #romantic, and sometimes of jealousy and complicated love stories.
If you wish to dance ballet, please confirm with your physician it is fine to do so.
