@@Vkpz Naw man. I'm sure a lot of them care--probably most -- care. Especially because it's not a depreciation issue, it's literally that their home will be worth zero. Maybe they are banking on insurance or the gov't bailing them out. But if something like that happens, I'd think things are going to be rough system-wide

lol yea it's crazy. After visiting, I'd argue it's worth the price. That place was special. Being wealthy brings a lot of luxury.

Overpriced isn’t really a thing in real estate since the market dictates the price. Could you get more in other cities? Yes. But there’s many reasons people are moving to the area and want to live in MIA
