I've been enjoying the scoped m16. Being able to use both the scope and iron sights makes it pretty versatile.

The M60 is a power…so unfathomable…so strong…that I am speechless, I once witnessed this gun mow down 50 Vietcong charging me in Arma 3.

The M14 without the scope is a great battle rifle too, especially if you just need to take a few accurate pot shots, I enjoy using that and an m72, going with a few guys behind Russian lines and wrecking up durras and Vernon. The m60 is always great when you want to chew up a UAZ. That, and an M203 can go easily take out 2-3 cars in a single ambush.

Fired them 1988 on exercise with the US fort Ord, but for me nothing beats the GPMG, 7.62mm beast just wish it was in the game maybe someone will mod it.

You should check out the british forces mod, it has a M240, sadly no standalone mod

I have noticed lately that weapons in arma reforger have a very low damage sometimes taking many bullets to kill someone with m16 and at long ranges you have to sometimes burn few magazines to kill someone at long ranges and if you have a pistol you have almost no chance to kill more than 2 people with one mag. Pistols are so trash now that you can't even kill someone by shooting them to the head if they have helmet. Snipers are bad too, you have to shoot someone two times to the chest to knock them uncon, they need to boost the damage and penetration of the armor

Yeah, clearing buildings and swinging it left and right, if only it was realistic. I hope Bohemia will do a better job movement and aiming realism in full A4 release.
