I think the first caller needs to call Dr. Deloney for advice too. I had a boss who worked tirelessly even on the weekends. Financially he had no need for it his vacation time was through the roof. And the reason for his workaholism was escape mechanism from his wife. Many men specifically in modern society started to share about this more often it is not a stigma and some actually with a grin on their face say I am avoiding my wife. Sad but true reality that we get to witness often nowadays.

Add a commission/bonus system for techs who average a desirable call back rate. If call backs are currently sitting at 1.9 per transaction say if you get your call back number down to 1.2 you'll get a bonus for every month that it stays there. People will take their job much more seriously when they benefit financially from great performance.

That's a good point. People wonder why terms like "quiet quitting" and "bare minimum Monday" exist. They exist because if an employee goes way above and beyond, all the gains only go to the employer.

I think immigrants are just people who are usually intelligent and diligent enough to try and look for a better life, it's not that Americans are lazy pr anything like that while some of them certainly are

I have always thought that those who immigrate are more motivated than most, which is definitely a contributing factor. But, yeah, there are a lot of lazy (and entitled) people in this country....even to include second and third generation immigrants.

l also invest with mrs Bonnie Antelo, she charges a 20% commission on the profit made after each trading session, which is fair compared to the effort she put in to make huge profits.
