The fact that you can give your MOC custom eye colours is like Soo mind blowing because it opens so many more options for eye colours and I've always wanted actually green eyes on my MOC

if you put a little battle droid body on the clip, it helps hold the visor in and stops anything from falling apart.

if you're not planning on disassembling or changing that moc you can always cut the extra axle sticking out on the head off...

Very smart trick but i think you could use 2 technic half-pins (part 4274) instead of axel, they could attach better, and the's enought space under that visor to use them, also must say that eve if it's not standard LEGO wise built, it's still purist built, i mean no modifications done to parts etc.
