Got to be honest, Norwich deserved to win. Ipswich have had a great season but they were really poor today. Apart from the last 10 minutes the Norwich defenders were literally smoking cigars. You'd think Ipswich would put on a better show against their rivals

Our home game with Norwich was the time to beat them, dominated that game. They've improved a fair amount since that game plus being at their home ground it was always going to be alot harder. Well played Norwich well deserved win. Coventry have done us favour this time. Might not be so lucky if we play like this in our last few games

Ipswich Town were simply not good enough on the day. I wouldn't have started Kieffer Moore and Luongo against Norwich - as I simply expressed before the game. We needed at least 2 unpredictable potential match-winners on the pitch to cause problems - Jack Taylor and Al Hamadi. Ipswich Town need to change things in order to keep it fresh. I still think that there is a touch of arrogance and/or complacency within the team at the moment. A few changes for Wednesday's game against Watford would be useful.

In hindsight, Moore should have been rested. Duffy and Gibbo kept him so quiet. Ipswich really should take a leaf out of Norwich’s book when it comes to derbies - win with a minimum of fuss. The occasion got to the players in both fixtures this season and whilst the term “bottled it” is thrown around a lot, it did feel a lot like that this season.

Oh and also League 1. We won that over Leeds, Saints, Brentford, Brighton etc. in one season. When it took you like four seasons and record breaking losses for that division to buy your way to runners up to Plymouth 💀

Oh and the playoffs, battering you in the process. Won those recently. Oh and a further two promotions (2nd and Champions AGAIN) from the league that you're currently in. A league that just competing around the top of is your best season in about 3 decades... Again. Hope that helps.

Norwich fans flexing that they've won 3rd division and 2nd division titles to argue that they're bigger than a club that holds more major European trophies than the likes of Arsenal and West Ham. I'm genuinely surprised you didn't bring up your massive milk cup win because that's probably the largest trophy your tinpot club will ever win. Oh and about the "best season in 3 decades" we've played in Europe 20 years ago and finished 5th in the premier league while up against Fergies United and Wengers Arsenal.

League position and overall season performance goes out the window in darbys. Norwich have the edge still at the moment in the darby but it will change over, but it takes time for this to happen. It could happen very soon. Its an energy thing and psychological and its about the spirit of the teams. As Ipswich keep on going upwards and being the great team theyre becoming again, they will crack the spell of this Norwich darby and will take superior spot over them.
