Cinemills TV sits down with recently ousted International President of The Mongols MC, Dave Santillan, who also goes by Lil' Dave.
Lil’ Dave gives us an inside look at The Mongols MC hierarchy and club history and explains the trials and tribulations of navigating the club through RICO indictments and constant Government harassment as attempts are made to strip the club's identity by way of making it illegal to use the clubs marquee top rocker and center patch. Lil’ Dave provides an intimate look at the internal struggles for power and the recent “coupe d’etat” within the organization and highlights the deceit, betrayal and envy that comes with being the top brass in any organization. Moreover he details personal issues involving his wife and family as he comes to grips with the hard decisions involved in running and expanding a Multinational Motorcycle Club and keeping his Family nucleus together. During Lil’ Dave's reign as International Pres, his Cabinet and Brothers were able to grow the Clubs membership ranks and expand internationally through strategic methods. By being cordial and respectful to Special Agent John Ciccone(ATF) Lil’ Dave was able to finesse what could have been a very hostile relationship and kept the heat off the Club and its members as best he could. Through the years a mutual respect was earned by both men and Ciccone made it clear to Lil’ Dave that he was approaching retirement and would not be able to guarantee the next ATF agent assigned to the Mongols would be as cordial as Ciccone was. During Lil’ Dave's tenure as Int. Pres the Club's image was also dramatically improved through social media, main stream media access such as Lisa Ling's CNN special and charitable events that served local communities best interests. He clearly demonstrates that he never turned on his beloved Club Brothers nor misappropriated any of the Clubs funds. In this 2 hour special Lil’ Dave walks our audience through his personal thoughts and addresses the bogus allegations levied against him backed with receipts aka support documentation. Frustrations of not given his day in Mongol Court have driven Lil’ Dave to clear his good name on various platforms and Cinemills TV was honored he chose us as one. The thankless and high profile position as International President comes with many demands, responsibilities and burden. It’s a 3-D chess game involving Family, Law Enforcement, 1%er Politics, Court Cases, Club & Personal Business and an undertaking most people aren't built for but are the first to criticize from the sidelines. There are critics that have taken the approach “Don’t bother with me with the facts - I’ve made up mind” but the verdict is in: Lil Dave loves his Family, Club Brothers and feels proud of the legacy he left for the next generation of Mongols MC Brothers.
