Gotta say, When I was started Black Lightning, I couldn’t stand Jennifer nor her hatred of her own powers. She and Anissa were the reason I stopped watching Black Lightning after midway Season 1. But this character development makes me want to give the show another shot (even though I still hate Anissa)

Well, that's the point of shows isn't it? to see character development. you should've probably been a little easier on them. season 2 really shows a lot of what jenn has to go through. not a great season, but her character development is great. im surprised u hated anissa because she was best part of season 1 edit: i’d be interested to see what characters you actually liked the first time you were introduced to em.
