Also there is something called character development in Ahsoka's case. It's the same with Obi-Wan. They are mad that he sucks now but it would be one boring show if he would master any challenge right off the bat. Also it would be weird if he still kicks ass just like in Episode III and then almost another decade later he and Vader fight like they are drunk or under the influence with their slow pace final fight.

Agree in part. First off, through 2 episodes, while not bad, the series has been boring so far. Four episodes left so plenty of time to get better (though I have my doubts). Re: Moses Ingram, she has not been good delivering the lines. She comes across as stiff and not intimidating in the least. As much as I think her acting is subpar (though the directing has to take a bit of criticism for that as well), the character has been given some of the worst dialogue that even great acting couldn't save. Ingram didn't help herself by trying to build this character up to being something unique in the Star Wars universe because she's black. Still, that doesn't absolve the small pocket of idiots out there. The problem becomes that, the more you highlight their behavior, the more they'll keep on singing the same song. Best bet is to ignore the trolls/idiots but also be open to true criticism as well. But Disney, STOP trying to paint everyone that has a problem with this character as racist. You look foolish and dishonest doing that.

I think they wouldn’t have really minded. Lando doesn’t take over and become the new Luke skywalker. He’s written as a well rounded character. Although, he was brought in to replace Han if Harrison didn’t wanna come back. And he does end up taking Harrison’s literal outfit by the end of the film lol. But it’s written in a way that makes sense. It doesn’t feel contrived that lando would flee bespin with the rebels on his old ship after Vader kept altering the deal and he betrayed the empire

Yes and studios have been through this a million times. If their series or movie is failing or getting bad reviews, then they parade out the fact that some idiot somewhere sent a nasty message to an actor, and capitalize on those victim status points. There's probably people who sent Harvey Winkle nasty messages. It happens, people are weird. It still doesn't make the series, the writing or the character any good.

We're not talking about a million times. We're talking about this situation. To me when you attach it all of these random @ss occurrences it minimizes what the actor is going through presently. I agree that something does not add up with Mises claims. I believe that Kathelene Kennedy is to blame for much of what has come out of Lucasfilm but I do not agree that there is a toxic Star Wars fandom. There were always people in Hollywood who hated George Lucas after his success with "the Star Wars" film (later to be known as A New Hope) and criticism came from the paid media and not from the fans (infact the original release had hardly any promotion by the studio and they were "forced" to open up new theatres due to the huge demand created by the public (not the studios!). I'm not saying that Star Wars was loved by everyone no, there were many that did not like it and said so but they were never "fans of the franchise". That is my point, even when the prequals came along, the critism came from the paid critics and the paid media (not the fans that went to see the movies). The popularity of the Sequals enranged many (but they were not fans as now claimed by some) I was there, and the theaters were full for every sequal movie... Never have I seen hate towards the actors been spoken by the 100's of fans I have spoken to over the years... But the hate was real, just not coming from the fans (you know, those who actually paid to see the movie and later bought the merch?). So no, these hostile campaign towards Moses Ingram feels fake and scripted...

Probably since the senate still has some power and Vader and Palps told them to not be to aggressive publicly. Reva doesn’t care and just wants power and to get back at Obi-wan for assumed transgression against her.

you also have to think that even her line delivery and stuff like that is probably only about 50%-65% her. She would also have been directed by the director for how to act out the lines. She is literally there to play a character. She didn't come up with her script, she most likely didn't even have total control over how her script was acted in front of a camera. People sending her hate are fucking idiots with no clue how this stuff works.

All actors get hate messages. It comes with being in the spotlight. They even do a talk show skit and make celebrities read the mean tweets that people write about them. It's not right but it is a requirement to have a thick skin.
