He raised binos. Not a hand. Also if you haven't played DayZ before, it's a highly PVP shoot-on-sight-or-get-shot sorta game. If I don't shoot someone, they'll 80% shoot me. I'm not a dick for protecting my life :)

Yes, because once you're located you can also be sniped and flanked. Got to keep outflaking your targets and not let them flank you.

The pvp satisfaction youre talking about in dayz is what makes this game so unique .. in tarkov you prob have all the traders unlocked so if you die you can easily gear up, in dayz its hrs of gearing up and one mistake could cost you several hrs of progress.. pvp in dayz is unlike any other

Having a good monitor helps too. High end monitors are significantly better than your average 60hz 1080p monitor. It's way easier to spot enemies on my BenQ than it was my older Asus

i agree, I think he meant more like how lbe and packs are like resting on top of your hips and working with shoulders its a lot better. A duty belt with all your gear on your hips sucks tho.

What you were talking about with the German soldiers. I was told its called Lines of survival. Line 3 is your extra gear. Basically your pack and everything in it. Line 2 is for combat. Your wepaon, chest rig, etc. Line 1 is survival. Its the bare minimum you need to maneuver and survive in a conflict area

I remember once me and my friend found heli landed in forrest, so we have waited over 10 min, and bunch of guys run literally 1m next to me without noticing me. Ofc we shredded them out and we stole heli :D Best gaming moment in my entire life!

That layering system he talks about at around 20:00 is called the "three lines system" and is worth looking into if you do anything IRL or in games that would benefit from it

I got roughly 1500 hours in Dayz which isn’t a ton, but one thing I know is someone will find those crates. You should bury the crates with a shovel!

The gear you want (IRL) is british army webbing. Does exactly what you want by keeping everything on your hips and your torso well ventilated. I use mine for airsoft and can’t fault it

in essence, that haystack is an OP position, especially with DayZ's acceleration when you walk up to it. All you have to do is take off the ghillie head cover, and if your character is bold, it blends ith they hay, making it a perfect headglitch. DayZ doesnt render folliage after a certain range, so moving into a far away bush without a full ghillie suit was sort of a mistake

The stamina point is valid but the maps are much smaller where DayZ slows down over time and distance but tarkov is forced to balance play by making it almost impossible to over weight packs
