I found out today that if you turn in some T45 to the outcast head honcho he’ll just put it on. Which creates some funny dialogue when he goes on to say how the outcasts wear their armour ‘with pride’ to separate themselves from Maxon’s new BOS.

It looks like the entire armour texture was just recoloured in 10 seconds with the Photoshop Colorize tool, the entire thing is the same shade of pink. Probably just a developer joke, maybe a placeholder for something else.

usually when it comes to some of these more unique looking things that were cut for almost no reason at all, is usually because the item in question was usually a bug testing item that was made very unique looking so that when devs would be screwing around with em they'd instantly know what they were working with instead of something like a renamed gun that does extra stuff but looks the exact same as its base counterpart. So its possible this Heartbreaker Armor was one of those debugging things and was one of the final test versions of F3's PA before they made the full armor
