Axerity is the most prolific baba is you level creator, but this is axerity's most BROKEN level: PLANETARY TRAVEL. I cheesed (used an unintended solution) on this level multiple times and it became a series.
This is a remastered edit of that series, with better editing, chatlogs, and bonus content.

Honestly, the ability to transport yourself over spaces that would kill you is very cool in Baba Is You and should form the basis of a legendary levelpack. It helps that actual interplanetary travel is akin to whatever is required in the original Planetary Travel level

Planetary Travel, the level so broken that 6 fixes still had (maybe) an obvious cheese, almost every remake having cheese, and being one of few levels where the cheese(s) seemed more intended then the intended.

The first cheese really felt more intended than the intended one. I liked the idea of turning everything into an object so Baba is essentially safe anywhere. And it wasn't trivial to do either

It even makes for a cool story moment if they wished that. Baba thought it had to travel in spaceships, but now it can travel anywhere in space. No matter what, that’s cool. Alternatively, that Baba realized he only was in trouble in empty space and made the fabric of space rock waves.

I feel kinda sad for them. Im sure that the intended solution was pretty cool and that they thought that the cheese was preventing their cool idea. So they had to think of ways to prevent that cheese, but then more cheeae ended up happening

It wasn't the intended solution all along, because in the third cheese, the spot where you would have made STAR IS EMPTY IS EMPTY is blocked.

the only way is if someone finds a solution for the "uncheesable" hahhahahahaha (trying to do EMPTY IS PUSH, instead of EMPTY NEAR ROCK IS PUSH, is the closest cheese I have found yet in it, but the dust is placed so this doesn't look possible)

idk why they tried to prevent cheese, most baba main levels do have multiple solutions, heck the entire point is that they have multiple solutions!

when people design levels to show a specific interaction they actually want it to be a puzzle to find it One reason for this is that cheese can make the game too easy. If players can easily cheese a level, then there is less incentive for them to try to find the intended solution. This can also make the game less rewarding, as players may feel like they are not really achieving anything by cheesing the levels. Another reason is that cheese can be frustrating for other players. If someone is trying to solve a level legitimately, and then someone else comes along and cheeses it, it can be very frustrating. This can discourage players from playing the game, or even make them quit altogether. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to prevent cheese is a difficult one. There are pros and cons to both approaches. The developers of Baba Is You have chosen to prevent cheese in some levels, but not in others. This is a compromise that they believe strikes a balance between making the game challenging and rewarding, while also avoiding frustrating players.
