What gets on my nerves is that he mixes up poison and venom. Venom needs to be injected into something in order to work. Poison needs to be inhaled or absorbed through skin or ingested.

You've confused venom for poison. In the video you say this snake injects poison/stone fish has poison. It's venom. Venom has to be injected.

Absolutely,I think though he's thinking of not just venom potentsie but just everything as a whole,Black Mamba's being the world's fastest snake and second largest venomous snake with a venom that is no joke.However you are absolutely correct that there are snakes that when it comes to the actual toxin it is more lethal.

It's not about venom toxicity as some serpents with an extremely toxic venom can be generally docile and non aggressive,you put the inland taipan as number one on the list but the snake is shy and usually avoids contact with people, it's bite has a fatality rate of only 80% and its size being medium makes it a less dangerous species compared to its cousin the coastal taipan.......the black mamba has everything in its favor and its venom is fast acting actually, mortalities have been recorded to occur in as little as 20 minutes(there is a story of British safari student who perished in that time frame)
