Whipped kefir turns into a fluffy cream that fits strawberries perfectly in the company 👍 Dessert is similar to panna cotta, only this is fresher and has fewer calories 😉
The most important point in making dessert is to shake the kefir well with the dissolved gelatin. Due to the formed bubbles, this dessert becomes light and fluffy !!!
8 desserts will need:
800ml kefir
6v / š sugar
20g of gelatin
150ml of water
400g strawberries
8 jars (200ml size)
