First, we heat the onion, and when it becomes completely golden, we pour water and let it boil. When it boils, we add the pre-soaked lentils to the pot along with the cooked vegetables. We add salt and pepper and put it. Cook slowly
When we add cooked lentils, peas and already cooked beans, once it boils, we add the noodles and put it in the pot for ten minutes, let it stay for a quarter of an hour and turn off the pot.
We prepare hot onion, hot garlic, and hot mint separately and pour it on the soup along with curd when serving.
