200 grams of zucchini,
300 grams of eggplant,
200 grams of mushrooms,
200 grams of peppers.
Chop the vegetables and simmer them in a pan with oil.
Salt, spice mix: dry tomato, dry garlic, basil.
Mix:
3 eggs,
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt,
3 tablespoons flour,
Dill.
Line a 16*20 cm pan with wet and crumpled parchment.
Put the steamed vegetables in the mold and pour in the egg-yoghurt mixture.
Grate 50 grams of cheese
Slice 1-2 tomatoes.
Sprinkle cheese on top and place tomatoes on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
