The most Delicious Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms With Beef Veggies and Cheese / Oven baked Meal

Portabello mushrooms are very delicious when they are stuffed and baked in the oven.This dish, rich on flavors, soon will become a favorite meal in your home. My family loves it. For myself I bake them with Vegan Soy 'Meat'.
Let's bake and make everyone happy ! :)
Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Ground Beef, Veggies and Cheese
for 4 portions:
4 Portobello mushrooms
For the pan sauteed filling:
1/2 lb. of ground beef
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of chopped yellow onion
1 cup of chopped fresh tomato
1 clove of garlic
1/2 a cup of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of Paprika
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 a cup of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Bake on 375F for 20 min. until golden brown color.

All you’ve did is warm up the mushrooms, not cooked them! You should have grilled the mushroom itself with lite brushing of olive oil, then stuffed them & put in oven about 15 to 20 minutes. Try it, makes an incredible difference!
