The fact that Jack and Tommy said “I feel safer with Colby” just reinforces the theory that Colby has a good light spirit that the negative energy doesn’t like. Like Colby’s energy is too strong for the evil to mess with him. And that’s why he was okay in the conjuring basement.

when the little girl says 'hi' it only sounds like that when i'm looking at the screen and reading the word hi I turned my volume up (accidentally way louder than I meant to) and listened with my eyes closed, you can very clearly hear 'hide' especially when it was slowed down. it makes sense in two scenarios either something dark knocked the candle and the little girl warned you guys to hide or the little girl knocked the candle and said hide like you would if you and your siblings knocked something and told each other to hide before parents arrive

Both British and (some kinda most) Americans speak mainly English until when Mexico and america(U.S.A) kinda've went to war and America got some of Mexico's states?
