Check out my latest FM24 video where I show you how I created an EFFECTIVE 4-2-3-1 using a method focused more on the player roles and instructions in possession. We tested it out at Chelsea and Stoke City getting great results with both teams but also qualifying for Europe in our FIRST season with Stoke. This meant, of course, I played the 2nd season and gave Stoke City a little rebuild which got us to the UEFA Conference Final!

Love how In depth you go into every detail with these tactics, great vid. Sidenote: This tactic is just as effective with an advanced forward and attacking midfielder if you’re struggling to find a suitable complete forward.

Thanx for this! This is the first tactic that really works for me/Chelsea. Stable, brings balance, players enjoy the tactic and performs really well. Premier League so far: 2nd: 14 PLD, 8 WON, 6 DRN, 0 LST, 26 FOR, 9 AG, 17 GD, 30 PTS

Very good to see a second season, nobody shows that! Pretty much every tactic I use beomes less effective after season 1 so I will be giving this a go.

Great video! Definitely gonna try on a Premier League team in the future. Could you do another Ruben Amorim Sporting CP Tactic for FM24 new update? I believe your Ruben Amorim tactics are always the best and I'm a huge Sporting supporter and it would be great to replicate that tactic again on this game. I could always use your FM23 Perfect Ruben Amorim Tactic as you called it, but I'm not sure how the dynamics changed in this game, and also don't know how to do the set pieces. I just know that it worked great for me on FM23. Do you think the tactic is still usable for FM24?

Use this tactic for ac milan in the second season, I got 3 trophies, finish 2nd in serie A, won italian super cup, won italian cup, and unbelievably beat Man Utd 3-2 on champions league final. Thanks RDF.

Was thinking of starting a new game with Leeds, do you think i should train Archie Gray as a DLP to play in the Enzo role? Id say training for the roles might change slightly as training a player as DM for that role would not benefit as much with those instructions as training as a DLP

Used this on my Stoke save after a terrible start to my 3rd season at the helm. First game using it I actually beat Chelsea albeit on pens in the league cup. Only used for a handful of games and it even got me a draw away to Man City. Good as fuck 👍

@@tvojemanka yes! haha this is me when using a formation I don't often use. Play one match with "focus through the middle". I lose. I then remove that instruction and try something else haha

@@RDFTactics I even try to watch full matches even in preseason to figure it out, but halfway into the season I change the tactic anyway after the game where I lose 0:1 to Bournemouth

You should look into doing a Danny rohl tactic, sets up with a very odd narrow press and excels in flexibility. Might be worth a look

First time I used this tactic I was 5-0 down by half time. Older tactics from previous patches are more effective than this.
