My coach makes us do about half these exercises at my boxing gym. Goes to show you this guy knows what he's talking about.

These are really good. I do 25 sets of 25 reps with 150lbs resistance on the ab chair. Then I get another ab benefit when I do pull downs with my neck using 200lbs. Also when I do chin presses for my neck using 170lbs

I'm working on boxing for fitness and have a heavy bag at home, but i can't hit it every day or risk repeated injuries with stress on the same spots, so I'm switching to 3 times a day, but also want to condition with jump rope, planks and leg lifts. Thanks for the great walk through.

These are not easy to do. Especially if you're doing multiple reps without much rest in-between. Dude is in shape

Do I have to do all of these? And how many sets and reps would you recommend?

I'm not a long time boxer or coach or anything, but you more than likely won't be doing all of these. Just using the ones you need throughout your sessions. When I was getting trained we would do like 10 bag rounds, inbetween rounds you would hit a set of 20 or more once you got your core built up. Somebody else might have better advice.
